Honesty, ability to delegate, fine communication skill, good sense of humor, confidence, commitment, flexibility or adaptability, positive attitude, calmness and ability to inspire others, enthusiastic are some of the features that a good leader should carry (Lussier & Achua, 2015).I have always been highly influenced by some of the renowned leaders both from past and current eras like Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, Jack Ma, Maria Klawe, Ken Chenault, Zhang Ruimin, etc. I try to adopt the motivational and resilience skills from Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela. From the corporate leaders mentioned earlier, I have developed good communication skills, optimistic attitude and enhanced my adaptability skill. Good communication skill is an essential element which helps me to mingle with other team members (Sims & Quatro, 2015).
